ICC clear England of ball tampering amid controversy on social media

England and paceman Liam Plunkett have been cleared of ball tampering by the ICC. Vision surfaced through a fan on social media of Liam Plunkett treating the ball during the 42nd over. The same ball was later depicted as severely damaged in the final moments of the game. Yet match officials were satisfied nothing untoward had occurred.

Take note Australia, that's how you tamper with a ball. Just use you finger nails then when you get caught go along with the ICC cover up. That way you get to keep all your players and take the moral high ground.
