Actually all of them. If you have been watching IPL closely, you would have noticed it was Smith setting up the fielding from number 2 or 3 match. Same case for SRH, bhuvi was made captain when kane was injured, but it was Warner who did bulk of the jobs. If you ask me, I have been quite impressed how they have handled things so far.
