The halves. Look no further than warriors 2014 and 2015 seasons. They couldn’t gel and just didn’t work. Didn’t help with changes in coaching but 2015 was one of the worst I can remember.

The Problems with the Sharks -where do I start. They are really missing Flanno ,unfortuneately Bombers "Rookie" status has become quite evident over the last month,he is making a lot of fundamental errors along with his players.Sure hes had a horror injury toll to contend with but the talent available is covering that.Going back to the Bulldogs game, sure there was the goal kicking, but the basic reason they lost is the Dogs made fewer errors. The error count over the whole season has been horrendous, and the errors with the ball that have been telling. This cannot be coincidental -the coaching staff need to look at there own methods that are contributing. The Halves - you need to look at why they are making so many errors - the calibre of Chad n SJ tells you there is a fundamental problem . Are they getting enough protection with the ball? Why do other teams get there kicks away much easier. Is the D-Half service good enough ?There positioning?.I suggest a specialist Halves Coach(budget permitting) could work wonders. IMO The Rookie coaches influence was on show when the Rookie winger (who had a pretty solid game)- in the dying minutes ,with still a few tackles left, tries an infield hail mary kick instead of taking the tackle and mounting pressure. On the positive side the goalline defence was sensational and Moysa had a much better game.
