They agreed the Roosters centre should have instead been praised for a “dominant tackle”.

Stevesyd.......when you have played as many Rugby league games as Spud Carroll , Steve Roach & Graham Hughes , they are not pretending about being passionate about the game, they are without pretending. Would you be old enough to remember the original Controversy Corner with Rex Mossop ? Rex Who you say, you probably never saw him play rugby league either

Most fair minded people would have considered that it was a terrible decision . It was the refs & the NRL who brought this dominant tackle bull into the game anyway. But in all fairness considering the distance both players had run and the strength of the tackle Manu was virtually off the bloke when Cummins blew the whistle. There was no one within cooee to play the ball to anyway.... It was a dreadful decision not even a penalty let alone a sin bin ....

Thats why its called Controversy Corner. Their go is to make a big deal out of anything and pretend they are passionate about it to attract an audience dumb enough to watch this garbage.
