The bunker ref jumped the gun on that one. He made the decision as soon as Scott wobbled the ball, not waiting for the last second when he would have seen the regather. Another bunker blunder.

Yes the bunker got this wrong. Scott regathered the ball,at the last second to ground the ball for a try. A try should have been given.

That' a fair try , if Scott celebrated like he thought it was a try then they probably award it.
