Pleased to see Anton up and around. He was certainly knocked out in that tackle poor blighted. Looked awful. Those Drua forwards are deadly close to the line. Require serious muscle to hold them out. Leaves the wide pass on for the try. Very effective.

Yep and never really looked like losing.

We had the right tactics to exploit that I think

Drua need to work on their defence and kicking game especially. Backs biting or missing trying to put on big hits.
JD Kiwi
Roar Rookie
Disappointed to miss the bonus point but we did well to cope with the physicality and run some very slick moves. DMac with a great range of passing both wide and short. Timing of the runs onto those short balls top notch too.

Entertaining game. Fast and high quality. Drua is getting better

Good game. chiefs too strong, but think they have some work ons defensively and there lack of hustle at times let’s other teams get a sniff. Be interesting to see if they can get better as the season progresses. But overall good result.

Gee I hate seeing holes in our defence like that.

Good news on ALB, he sounds like he might be out for a week or two, but nothing more serious thankfully.

Another Stevenson moment of magic

Great try, doing a Will Jordan with that one
JD Kiwi
Roar Rookie
Probably a mistake to take the shot. We're out of bonus point territory now

I’m with you JD. I think ALB is such a weapon for the Chiefs. As you say his organisational skills and smarts are really important to the backline firing.

We rely on him very heavily, as much as DMac. He's the only one who can organise everything out wide.
