He hasn't a clue. Everything has it's place but rugby in Australia lacks good coaching evidenced by the continued chase for Kiwi coaches. Why is that? because the current crop haven't been coached that well at whatever levels they played at. Great players perhaps but then Cheika kicks one of the most promising to touch...idiot. Alan Jones a rugby manager without too many technical skills but managed to pull off a couple of great wins. He did that because he had a group of very smart and committed rugby players. Now he's an expert on Rugby Australia solutions. Apart from wanting to blow up the place I haven't heard one constructive piece of advice or solution from him yet.

Can’t stand the bloke. He lives in complete irrelevancy then comes out of the shadows every so often to kick Aus rugby when it’s down. He portrays himself as a man who knows what he’s talking about, and we’re all suppose to forget about the monumental disaster his time at the NSWRU was.
