Exactly. Played what was in front of him. If prop was well set he most likely wouldn't have tried counter ruck.

This becomes a sledge on Hooper? Hooper would have done that easily. Look at body positions, resistance etc. The prop wasn’t expecting it.

Prop didn't do much to counter the push, Faf de Klerk tackles big men on the move like that all the time, get under him, lift a leg and without any forward motion not much to it
