Melbourne Cup-goer shoves policeman into a bush

By The Roar / Editor

The 2015 Melbourne Cup will go down in history as being the first time the race was won by a female jockey, but for one lady the day will be remembered less fondly, as the day she decided to push a policeman into a bush.

Ironically, the policeman that found himself lying flat in a garden bed was preparing to front the media to sing the praises of a well behaved Melbourne Cup crowd.

We think it’s safe to say she has single-handedly spoiled that endorsement for the other 100,000 punters.

Hopefully from now on Spring Carnival-goers can learn to adopt our newly coined adage: “It’s all fun and games until someone gets drunk and pushes a policeman into a flower bed.”

They didn't have to arrest her. Couldn't they have let her go after a good over the knee spanking.
