All eyes will be on the Melbourne Storm as team lists come out for Round 24, with Cameron Smith the highest profile name on the shelf. Join The Roar for all the news, analysis and team lists from 3:30pm (AEST).
After picking up an injury last week, Smith will be racing the clock to be fit for their trip to the Gold Coast.
Normally, it wouldn’t be a huge issue for a game which won’t impact them on the ladder a great deal, but with Brendon Smith, Harry Grant and Billy Walters also all injured, a fix to the issue out of left-field will have to come. Kenny Bromwich and Jahrome Hughes have been thrown up as potential replacements.
The Storm have other issues to deal with as well, with Suliasi Vunivalu, Nelson Asofa-Solomona and Will Chambers all missing.
The other big one this weekend is Adam Reynolds, who is likely to be left out after hyperextending his elbow last weekend.
Injuries are mounting elsewhere as well with Ricky Leutele, Jesse Ramien, Josh McGuire, Nathan Brown, Gerard Beale and Blake Green all battling injuries.
James Maloney and Gareth Widdop are also expected to miss out again for the Panthers and Dragons respectively as they attempt to return to full fitness.
There is some positive news around the league though, with the Tigers likely to welcome back Alex Twal and Josh Aloiai, while the Warriors could have Tohu Harris back to get the second row rolling forward again after their embarrassing loss to the Bulldogs.
At the Cowboys, Matthew Scott and Jason Taumalolo could be back for what is being dubbed as the ‘wooden spoon bowl,’ while Alex Johnston, Greg Inglis and Campbell Graham are all rated as good chances of playing at South Sydney.

Sticky will probably put him on (at some stage) let's see how he goes? The Bunnies will be in for a hard one if the Raiders show up? It will be a great game in the forwards!

Yep, pretty much as thought. Big in is Smith as there really is no one else available. Good to see Olam get another chance this year and Blair who is a 1st grade player.

A somewhat surprising swap here for the Dragons with Jason Nightingale back into the side. He starts on the wing for Jordan Pereira, who drops back to the bench and forces Jai Field out of the side. Leeson Ah Mau starts in the front row, Tyson Frizell returns to the back row and Luciano Leilua is on the bench again, but that has been a last minue swap the last two weeks, so it could be the same again.

The Sharks have been forced into plenty of swpas this week with Jesse Ramien and Ricky Leutele out. Josh Dugan and Kurt Capewell form the new centre pairing, while Edrick Lee comes in on the wing. Jayden Brailey has been named to return on the bench, while Wade Graham is also back in the second row. All that means James Segeyaro and Scott Sorensen go to the bench, while Joseph Paulo ends up on the reserve list.
