Wallabies prop Taniela Tupou has suffered minor cuts to his arm after having his phone snatched in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Rugby Australia says Tupou was walking back to the team hotel after dinner with Wallabies front-row teammates about 9.15pm on Saturday when a man grabbed his phone.
He gave chase but the man jumped into a waiting vehicle and he suffered the cuts to his arm as he tried to grab the phone out of the car.

In SA these days he was lucky he didn't get shot or stabbed whilst chasing the thief! Very dangerous country these days. When I was there in the early 70's a mate of mine was murdered and I was burgled by a guy with a knife, I also saw a guy being attacked with a house brick by holding his head to the ground and beating him with it. I was only there for 3 years....

Kurtley Beale would be pretty scary after he’s had a few beers. Remember he punched his Captain in the face whilst intoxicated on a tour of South Africa which was only a year after he punched a bouncer in a Brisbane pub.
