The NRL Finals Week 1 teams have been revealed.

Interestingly, the last time all home teams won in wk1 of finals was way back in 2012. Every year since at least one away team has been victorious. If season 2020 follows this trend then I can see the most likely upset(s) coming from the two games that bookend this weekend (i.e. Panthers v Roosters and Rabbitohs v Knights). Having said this, I think if every team are at their best it will be a clean sweep to the home teams.

I'd tend to agree except for the fact that the match is in Brisbane.

What have the Eels shown you in the last 3 months that they can travel to Brisbane on game day and beat the Storm???

Bit of Déjà vu for the Eels this finals time with the same result.

I reckon the Eels are a chance this weekend.

It’s going to be a very different game from the Roosters this week - close. Realistically the Raiders should dispose of the Sharks; the Eels will wonder who was driving that truck, and they’re going to have perform an autopsy on the Knights
