Yeah I don't get it, I've watched it a number of times, it is a perfectly legal spoil. As he jumps he has eyes on the ball and he contacts the ball before the player. Incidental contact is meaningless in this situation.

Umps also missed a high hit on Gaff that saw him leave the field because of blood rule... seems the Roar also missed it.
