Was at lords when archer hit smith it would rattled any batsman to his core. No doubt it's effected smith a little since but I'd be backing him in against india . He may well be more suited to english pitch line and length now too than Aussie conditions but that's speculation for now
By his lofty standards, Smith had very ordinary series against both Pakistan and the Black Caps, thanks to bowlers targeting him, but how did the rest of the batting go?
