Admittedly, it was the final three balls of the innings.

yes, with perry, healy, Gardner, DVK, Kapp, Burns and Cheadle, they should be almost unbeatable -what a collection of stars! but ran out of steam a little bit at the end last season. notwithstanding two great finals and real good efforts by the Heat and the Gades, if it wasn't for DVK's sneaky runs, the Sixers might have fallen earlier. Devine and Bates locking in again for the Strikers, and Schutt's great form - they will make the semis, I think. could be Thunder that drops off. Renegades, Sixers, Strikers and Hurricanes - maybe!? that's the reigning champs missing - wow, it's gonna be tight!

I’m optimistic about the Strikers’ chances this season, but I think that the Sixers might be stung into action after falling at the final hurdle last tournament. Should be a good year.

shaping us as a ripper Bash, with some key moves (Thunder women to Hobart; Vlaeminck to the Thunder; Tammy Beaumont stepping in at the Gades for Satterthwaite etc.) Many of the international stars for the WC will be over here acclimatising e.g. Kaur, Mandhana, Van Niekerk, Kapp, Wyatt, and hopefully Sciver and Ecclestone. Plus Tahuhu and the raw talent of Amelia Kerr. It's gonna be AWESOME!

Top stuff. Looking forward to the T20 world cup next year - if the team maintains their dominance, they'll be hard to catch.
