I've never understood how Mankads could be against the spirit of the game. If the rule wasn't put in place, you would get incidences like Bravo in almost every game. I see nothing wrong with it, particularly so if a warning has been given already as well.

Taking off early is cheating pure and simple. If a batter is "Mankaded" tough.
