Mitchell Starc strikes twice with the first two balls of the game!

There were incredible scenes in the third and final ODI between England and Australia when Mitchell Starc picked up Jason Roy and Joe Root with the first two deliveries.

His hat-trick ball didn’t quite go according to plan but it was still the best possible start for Australia after losing the toss.

Australia ended up winning the match by three wickets with Starc fittingly hitting the winning runs to bookend the match after a huge partnership from Glenn Maxwell and Alex Carey.

Australia will keep that dismissal of Joe Root firmly in their minds come next Ashes. It's not the first time he's been dismissed this way because he seems to get his head too far across to the offside, early in his innings.
