Pakistan’s thrilling three-wicket win over Afghanistan has been overshadowed by disgraceful scenes in the crowd.

The match went down to the wire with Pakistan jagging victory with just two deliveries to spare, however, the moment was soured after vision emerged of fans fighting in the stands.

Footage posted to Twitter by Pakistani cricket reporter Saj Sadiq, shows crowd members throwing wild punches at one another as well as objects with security struggling to intervene.

Vision also surfaced of fights occurring outside the ground too.

After Imad Wasim struck a boundary to seal the win for Pakistan, several fans made their way onto the field.

In the confusion, Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi was tackled by a security guard according to ESPNCricinfo.

The win is a boost for Pakistan’s hopes of reaching the knockout stage, having pushed one point ahead of England on the standings.
