Presidency Rob? We aren't a Republic yet. Mores the pity! ;-) Funny isn't it, how QLDers can argue so passionately that Napa scored a try in Origin under similar circumstances even after there was clear evidence of separation. If you look at the reverse angle view from the opposite end of the field zoomed in (as FOX Sports did late in the review period) it was CLEARLY grounded mate. Clutch at straws all you want but, in the end, it WAS a fair try. Unlike the TWO knock-on tries scored by Manly against Souths the week before.

I know that it was a freakish try and a great piece of smarts from Reynolds but I do question how Gagai is controlling the put down considering the presidency set regarding rulings this year? Napa in Origin was much the same IMO. Also the critical part was Cook scooting out of dummy half and the fact Cam Murray tactically submits by falling to the ground then places the ball before clearing the ground in the process then falls over the ball. Is this something the Bunker doesn't look at? They certainly looked very hard at the Cowboys try when 3 Bunnies refused to catch the football with 2 more interested in blocking the Cowboys attacker? Not saying it cost the game but just wondering why the Bunker CSI team are so inconsistent on split screen angles and 50/50 obstruction assessing, as apposed to identifying black and white rule that are broken to gain an advantage and result in a try?
