Saw some of the Nines. Looked like the touchline was "in" just like tennis. That genius Nick Kyrgios would have had trouble comprehending that. Then again he wouldn't know there were 24 hours in a day.
There were a lot of touch and go decisions and incorrect calls in the tournament but the fact the bunker was not involved, there were limited replays shown and little time for commentators to harp on decisions in a fast paced game, was the reasons why there was very little controversy and ref criticism overall. Todd, take note.
He’s either short, or it’s a double movement. Not gonna pretend that I picked it up live from the back angle. But you could tell something didn’t look right. It’s a tight one no doubt, but I’d think from the refs view the double movement would’ve looked worse. Shame we didn’t have ref cam.

Apart from the fast turn around, the main reason there is little criticism was because people didn't really care who won. Very different in the NRL.
