I hope Freddy sticks to picking on form ND, I like the Keary/Walker pairing. You're right about Maloney - last year, but this year he's been way below his best. You mentioned he's not happy at Penrith, perhaps that showing in his play as he's just not doing enough to stay in genuine Origin contention, IMO.

One decent game out of 7 you cannot be serious? I know he is not happy at Penrith but how we forget how James Maloney steps up when the chips are down , the same applies to Luke Keary. Last year when Cleary was injured Maloney was great and when Cronk was injured both the grand final and early this season Keary took over. Both are serious big game players The other choice Freddy has is Keary and Cody Walker both are seriously in form players right now

What a silly headline. Pearce can put up his hand but whether the selectors much notice of one good performance is another matter.

Last week it was Moses, the week before that it was Brooks. Aiden Sezer next week perhaps? Pearce had his best game in 3 years. It would suggest it is unlikely he can reproduce it again twice in a couple of months.
