The Rules say that you are allowed to put your foot out or on the touchline while regaining your feet to play-the-ball. The touch judge was Wrong! BOTH of these Women touch judges have made numerous wrong decisions this season and last season yet the bloody NRL is going to give them both Fulltime Contracts for next season… It is a bloody joke! It was Kasey Badger who stuffed up in the Storm game. Belinda Sleeman, the blonde bombshell has been particularly bad.
