Only saw the 2nd half. Sydney looked fit and got a nice try to level the scores but every minute after that it seemed the fitness level of the Sydney forwards dropped another 5%. By 60 minutes they were walking in treacle and the Drua speedy big boys ran all over them. One must congratulate the Drua for being competitive even though they have lost 8 or more of the winning 23 from last year's NRC final. People ask if the NRC is worth it? Well three of the Fijian 23 taking on the WB in today's match in Japan were in that NRC2018 final; Frank Lomani, Alivereti Veitokani and their NRC captain Mosese Voka. It's very possible that these blokes would be at home sipping beer in front of the tv watching today's match against the WB, except for the NRC. The same applies to the Aussie SR teams and our future WB. No-one knew of Jordan Pataia until he burned up the NRC2017 and NRC2018.

They play some good footy, the Druas. Went out last week and the draw with country was prtobably a fair result.
