Sheikh, if the NRC is a key pathway to SR and Wallabies, there has to be some serious questions asked about the selection/ability/coaching/structure of some of these teams such as Rays/Eagles/Melbourne. These 3 teams have clearly failed, representing NSW and Vic at this level. Clearly, in a merit based system some major changes to those teams should be made immediately?

So between the two NSW teams, they managed a whopping 1 win (when they played each other!) Melbourne at least managed 2 wins this year (albeit when they played the two NSW teams)! NRC - stronger as 5?

Sydney Rays leading 14-7 at half time and then got flogged. A bit like their Sydney brothers, the NSW Eagles, yesterday.
