i wouldn't call that two punches to the head. thought he held back a bit actually, wasn't doing much more than freeing himself - though obvioulsy high contact. Yellow was alright, maybe even just a penalty.
He punched Simmons I the head twice, how is it not a red card? Swinton got yellow carded for no arms in a tackle yet his first contact was when he reached out and touched the player with his hand on the chest?
