CLL was always committed to passing so a tackle like this is entirely about trying to hurt the playmaker. If done legally then, yes, that is part of the game. Glad it didn’t decide the match by CLL leaving the field
Obviously Jack Dezebra doesn't rate the NRC as a competition.
I suspect a lot has to do with the methodologies of the back room staff and training intensity. I think the coaching pathway in Australia is broken.

As long as NSW snub the NRC the development pathway will be no match for SA and NZ's domestic competitions.
