Yea, not intentional but very clumsy and careless. Hopefully it’s not too bad and he is back up and running soon.

He shouldn’t be suspended, I don’t think it meets Red Card level. I would say it’s a YC though. Force player was going for charge down but his trajectory was only ever going to include contact with Hodges plant leg. It was reckless and dangerous, YC level I think, the player needs to be responsible for the positions they get this selves into, and there needs to be a basic level of care taken for opposition players.

I’m pretty sure there is a rule in place for attacking the plant leg of a kicker. Should’ve been a penalty to the Rebels, would’ve been if happened at any other time in the game. I’d be surprised if Antsee doesn’t get suspended, I like him as a player though and think he has a big future. All that being said, the correct team won on the night, To’omua was dreadful and showed in one game why he has no business being in the POI squad!!

Unfortunate but not intentional from the Force player. Just capped off a poor season for Hodge. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
