The VAR seemed to miss what looked like a clear cut penalty

VAR utterly inconsistent 1. Replays show ADL goal was clearly offside but Chris Griffith-Jones decided it was not even worth a review. Why? The VAR checks every passage of play where there might be even the slightest uncertainty but this time doesn't even look. Extraordinary! 2. WSW appeals for penalty denied Wanderers player, inside the box, played the ball past the ADL defender ADL defender used his arm and elbow to impede WSW player and push him to the ground Opportunity denied by a foul inside the box - clear penalty Referee waved play on, VAR reviews and decides no foul committed The VAR technology is excellent Use of the technology is incompetent It is simply not good enough to say that WSW, or any team, didn't get the rub of the green Luck, or rub of the green, has nothing to do with it These continuous appalling decisions decide teams futures, players futures, coaches futures and yet the FFA and particularly Greg O'rourke just shrug their shoulders and do nothing Football in Australia - you are a joke After more than 50 years of unwavering support I am done Goodbye and good luck, you will need it
