VOTE: Wallabies player ratings from Bledisloe 2

By The Roar / Editor

Once again, the Bledisloe Cup has been claimed by New Zealand, after the All Blacks put the Wallabies to the sword in the second half of Game 2 on Saturday night.

Can anyone leave the field with their heads held high? Or was there someone who should never pull on the gold jersey again? You get the chance to decide right here.

Now, it’s up to you to rate each Wallabies player from one to ten in the form below. You don’t have to rate every player – if you didn’t catch enough of someone’s performance or don’t think they were on the field long enough for you make a judgment, just leave them blank and it won’t affect their score.

If you’ve done this before, simply head down to the form below and get cracking.

If you’re after a rough guide as to what each score means, here’s what we go off.

1. Had he not played, the team would have been better off. Negatively affected the performance of the side. May God John Eales have mercy on his soul.
2. Anonymous. Was he even there?
3. Did some things that you expect a player to be able to do, but did a whole bunch of other things that sucked.
4. Was passable in patches, but not up to standard in a match of such importance.
5. Performed his role without anything really noticeable happening.
6. Good.
7. Pretty good, actually.
8. Very good.
9. Excellent.
10. Extraordinary. Calling them man of the match would be an insult.

Go on Stan, go to the 6th minute of the game, and enjoy watching a great Wallabies try started from a Swinton lineout take..... Sorry mate, sites like Nine sports give rubbish stats.

I always said you always start you best players the nest best are on the bench. Tupou is out best tighthead. He starts every game. That " finisher " crap was perpetuated under the CLOWNS reign. If you are getting thumped how is a " FINISHER" supposed to help the team when it`s too late.

Forget Robertson, he had 20 chances to impress in Gold, but he folded like a deck chair in every scrum.NO

The modern wallabies play for the pay check they do not play for the jersey.Maybe if we stopped paying the prima donnas after every loss they might have a go.

I never overrated the French, to me they were just a b team with some under 20`s thrown in and with over ten of their best players at home.

So what statistics do you have that shows the more minutes he’s plays the more of a liability he is ?

the 10 issue has been there ever since Foley was given the 10 jersey We avent had a decent 10 since Quade. Clown has left us short of a quality 10 becuae of his blind love for Foley who at best was a journeyman 10. Foley played 70 tests what a disgrace taht was.

He plays too many minutes and that is why the Wallabies keep losing as the more minutes hopper plays the more minutes you have a liability out there. It`s a simple concept to grasp mate.

sorry mate, but he took zero lineouts. i looked at the stats, i know it`s hard for you to accept that Swinton is a hoax. 6 runs for 12 meters, no passes, no defenders beaten, no offloads, no linebreaks, no lineouts, no lineout steals, 4 tackles 2 missed one handling error, one penalty conceded. All that in 61 mins..

No no no, he is poor at the cleanout mate totally inefftive. on those turovers, he plays every game and every minute of every game, no other player in the world has played more minutes, he has the record for minutes played, of course he going to get a few more turnovers when he plays more miuntes than anyone else world rugby, even his turnover sample is small compared to minutes he plays. His team keeps losing with him, its him that is the problem. Cant you see see that ? We will see a better Wallaby side when he retires in disgrace. It`s you`re*

Clearly you don't understand what playing between the 15m means. Yep, AB are the best in the business at attacking through the middle. They only go wide when they have busted a team up in the middle and have a clear player overlap.

Defence is an issue with Perese but I would be interested to see how he goes in a backline other then the Tahs. Defending at 13 in a backline surrounded by players who can't tackle would be difficult. He might go alot better with stronger defenders around him.
