Adelaide are out to get their finals push back on track when they take on GWS at home, with victory to guarantee them a place in the eight at the end of the round. Join The Roar for live scores from 7:40pm (AEST).
The Crows are currently sitting in 10th place on the ladder, just one win outside of the top eight. They will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss to Essendon last week, in which they kicked the last three goals of the game but were unable to get the win.
GWS are currently in ninth place, but they have won four of their last five games and are in good form. They will be looking to continue their winning streak and keep their finals hopes alive.
The Giants will come into this one with a couple of key plays missing with Nick Haynes suspended and Tom Green being replaced in the starting side by Jacob Wehr.
The Crows have been blessed with the form of Taylor Walker this year. He has kicked 48 goals for the year so far and is edging closer to a career best year. He will be wanting to take advantage of an emerging Giants defence, lead by Sam Taylor.
Stephen Coniglio has been the star of the show over the last few weeks and he will look to continue his special form tonight. His presence has been felt all across the ground and when he isn’t racking up touches in the midfield, he drifts forward and steals a goal.
Overall, this is a match that is too close to call. Both teams are in good form and have the potential to win. It should be a thrilling contest that is sure to entertain the Adelaide crowd.
I predict that this match will be a close contest, but I think the Crows will just edge it by a few points.

You need to move your home games to Ballarat :stoked:

It will be interesting to see how you think Richmond can get there. Blues, GWS and GC will get there, displacing Saints, Dons and Doggies. Geelong also shaky, being one of Freo's 5 straight victims as we seek a finals berth as well. With 5 games left, quite a few things to change still.

I'm always for that. Sometimes we take too long to blood them.

And Bevo? I've liked Bevo decreasingly so. I think he's a good man, good coach but he's had some speed wobbles lately

How does it feel languishing out of the top 8 :crying:

Yeah, finals don't look likely based on the last couple of weeks. Not a great time to be running out of puff or having opponents work out how to play against you.

The new consensus is the Blues, GWS & either Richmond or GC or your mob could or should surpass the bombers the Saints & the Bulldogs & make finals in 23’ Form & luck getting them over the line. Bombers, Saints & Dogs form line is putrid they don’t deserve to make finals.

If they get to 11 wins, then the season is a pass, but 9 or 10 wins looks more likely.

The Crows are making serious leaps this year. All Crows fans should be proud of the progress.

We don't deserve the 8. We've believed our own hype. We should be in the 4 but instead we've ceded ground

Score Crows - 57 Giants - 71 The Giants win an absolute monster of a match by 14 points. They are on the edge of the Top 8 with a huge chance to enter the 8 against the Suns next weekend. Unbelievable final quarter from the Giants and they held the Crows to a single behind in the final term. I am genuinely in shock. Five goals from the Giants in the final term. Josh Kelly broke the tag and finished on top of Ben Keays with 28 touches. Disposals Crows - Laird (33) Giants - Whitfield, Kelly (28) Goals Crows - Walker (2) Giants - Greene (3)

Greene drills it deep and Lloyd takes a mark 20m out from goal. He nails the goal and seals a huge win for the Giants. Unbelievable scenes. Crows - 57 Giants - 71 0:14 left in the final term.
