Yep. Been saying that for a while now. A one week penalty should actually be two - one for next week as punishment to the player then the second week when those teams next meet.
The suspension systems is in my opinion, inherently flawwed, it gives the benefit to a suspended player to other teams, and not the team that was offended against.
Why should other teams get the benefit, and the infracted team get none?
