Could Sia Soliola be in strife for this high hit on Adam Blair?

By The Roar / Editor

Blair was forced off for a HIA, but did return to play out the game.

Yep and there's another rule that is redundant and unworkable in today's game. However with that one nobody gets their head knocked off.

There's no need to change the send off rule. We just need referees who will use the existing rules. Believe it or not a voluntary tackle is still on the books, when was the last time a player was penalised?

Very ugly, deliberate forearm to an unprepared and exposed player. I’d like to know what the assessment the victim underwent was. When are we going to get serious about this caper? This stuff produces latent brain damage.

Yes he will be and the NRL needs to change the send off rule. Had Blair not passed his HIA the Warriors are down to 16 players for the rest of the game. Meanwhile the bloke who committed the obvious foul stays on and Canberra keep their full compliment. This is not fair.
