Well said Bob, that's the sort of logic which caused coaches, fans and players so much grief in previous years. "Ignore refs mistakes because they don't have an influence over the result". Pure nonsense. The NRL dropped that dribbble a fair while ago and it's time for some followers to get with the times.

Manly won the penalty count nearly 2-1, had more possession and territory. It should never have come down to a penalty in the dying minutes.
