I think if you read the offical rules you will find it states “Knock on means to knock the ball forward towards the opponents line with hand or arm while playing at the ball.” Was Morgan playing at the ball. I do remember a forward pass from T-Rex to himself?Maybe when an attacking player throws or bats a ball into a defender as he is going over the touch line the defender is deemed not playing at the ball is a similar situation? The Foran hand of God situation was most certainly not covered in the rules.
