I don’t think” deliberate” is what I saw. Reckless and most certainly 10min. At speed it is was an error of judgment and lack of due care. He should get 2weeks to think about how to take a different approach to that situation.
You mean they'll be in the hospital with the playmaker injured by the Eels dog shot - tending to his broken rib and punctured lung? That's really nice of them. Would be even nicer if the match officials could get blindingly obvious calls like this right in the first place.
He was only put on report 20 minutes after the incident. Someone (probably the NRL lawyers fearing being sued) intervened because of the sheer utter incompetence of the referees to choose not to even penalise, let alone put it on report on the field. It was disgraceful.
He did get reported. But I do think rugby league could arguably be more liberal in handing out sin bins. The roosters don't gain anything from him being suspended.
I think I'd like to see less suspensions and more sin bins, so the team on the end of the foul play gets the benefit

He should have been red carded immediately. As others have said it was disgraceful, unnecessary and deliberate.

He was apparently. No doubt will see time but that didn’t help the Roosters who were left a player down as a result.
