‘That’s the example of what we don’t want in the game… that’s shocking.’

The difference between this and the Junior Paulo effort a week or two ago is what exactly? Both players grabbed the hip and tried to drag the ball carrier down without any consideration for the position of the ball carrier's legs. Both resulted in injury, both were penalised at the time BUT only one has been called out as pre-meditated and a deliberate attempt to injure. Remind me again where most, if not all, TV commentator's hail from, what teams (if any) did they play for and which team do they always like to publicly criticise any chance they get?? Final question, is it Finals time?

Many would agree with the commentator I appreciate storm are a professional and strong club , but they are certainly a leader in things are not needed in rugby league. I can remember an incident way back in a semi final when Nathan cayless was chicken winged out of semi final If you want more examples I’ll look them up for you . Toughness in sport is not about injuring your opponent outside of the rules and training to do this is disgusting. Good day to you sir

That Grub should be rubbed out for the rest of the finals what a disgrace tackle if that's what you can call that rubbish...Lawrey wanted to sought it out with his fists but the grub wanted to take him UFC style. Absolutely the worse I've ever seen with intent.

What a dreadful way to introduce an article. "The Storm have earned a reputation over the years for dirty play..." Who came up with that one-eyed partisan cheap shot? And who says they're earned that reputation, with what proof? Actually the Storm have earned a reputation over the years for being a supremely professional rugby league side that has delivered consistently high performance over many many years, and given their fans many superb moments of delight. They have consistently developed champions of the game, and some of the best players in Rugby League history. Whoever wrote that crap as an opening line ought to be given some tuition in real journalism. Partisan garbage.

I don’t think anyone could think that was an accident.

The commentator said rub him out for 2-4 weeks , which will stamp this out of the game.. that’s a soft penalty imo 8 weeks is a deterrent for this garbage.

This is happening more and more - at some point we have to ask - is it an accident?
