You know what just baffles me. He’s played the game at a high level and knows what it takes. Every coach has countless examples of what to do well, there is a mountain of data and this is a league where more than most the talent is distributed reasonably equally. So how do you consistently get it wrong? We probably don’t get enough in depth analysis of our league, reading the UK press there is some good stuff on why this is that coach is failing, but what is the issue with JA?
