The Adelaide Crows are keen to keep their stunning start to the season going against the Fremantle Dockers at the Adelaide Oval. Stay up to date with their AFL clash with live scores on The Roar from 1:10pm (AEST).
The reigning wooden spooners have looked nothing like the team they were a year ago in the early going, winning three of their opening four matches to match last season’s win tally inside the first month. With several of their promising youngsters going to a new level – not to mention Taylor Walker’s renaissance – the Crows look like a genuinely dangerous team.
Fremantle have also enjoyed a resurgence this season and have looked like a difficult team to play against – at home. Their two wins this season have been comprehensive efforts at the comforts of Optus Stadium, but their two trips outside Perth have resulted in similarly comprehensive losses. They’ll look to close the gap between their best and worst this afternoon.
The Dockers got up by 20 points when these sides met last season, but Adelaide have won four of their last six meetings. Freo have a shocking record at the Adelaide Oval, winning on just one of their nine visits – back in 2015 – and losing the other eight by an average of 52 points.

I think afl should be looking at afl draft 2021 I think needs to be review and free agent too its going backwards and afl players will walk out in 2021 last years draft was all time low and boring its needs change now the afl should look at the nba draft how it works

Good win for the Dockers, if they get a few more away wins and don't drop to many against the better teams at home (Dogs, Port and Sydney they're 50/50 chance of winning at home) they are definitely a finals chance. Hopefully injuries are kind to them.

Blakely starred again too.

Longmuir said it is not, it is just a low grade strain. Pre-caution brought him off. A seriously strong squad very soon. Sonny's spot is in doubt. He is operating at 15% to 20% of his ability. I guess these games are his pre-season.

Tucker replaces Cerra who I'm worried may have a syndesmosis.

Mind you, I imagine we'll only be 8th for 100 minutes. Geelong should win by more than 26 points so they should jump Freo for one week.

Cerra is better. No thanks. Cripps has too many games where he goes missing.

Like last week I had no confidence of winning but it was another relatively convincing win. Things are on the up, heave ho! :stoked:

We'll have Tucker and Hamling back by then too.

We can't rely on 'BBQ Fork' attack. A brother who watched it said we need to 'run into attack' more.

Not getting my hopes too high for the Derby yet, we've come into those games with promise and have fallen away against them too easily too many times.

Crom look good Rowdy, far improved from last season and I think they'll be very competitive all year. Tex looked like he was struggling with a niggle in the second half, didn't have quite the same zip.

dark days for dockers 2021 and more dark days for dockers and cold days too

Great performance, just goes to show what we can do when everyone contributes, and forward entries and skills are up to scratch. That has to be the benchmark if we want to be competitive against the top teams.

Then the Derby. Much better 2nd half.

I predicted top 8 this week and top 4 next week. Darcy just dominant. Cox, Logue and Ryan fantastic. Mundy in a Brownlow year and Fyfe his forceful self, double-tagged and still 74% efficiency. Colyer finally earned his spot.

Half as many as Tabs.

Far better performance away from home. Finally win a game at Adelaide oval! Long time coming. North next week, big opportunity to go 4-2.
