The Western Bulldogs can all but seal up a finals spot with a victory on their trip to Tasmania… but they’ll need to get past a red-hot Hawthorn to manage it. Join The Roar for live scores from 1:10pm (AEST).
With West Coast next week, the Dogs likely only need to win one of their clashes with the Hawks and Geelong in their final three weeks to book a September berth for the fifth successive year.
However, the Hawks are coming off a stunning upset of Collingwood, and at their one-time Tasmania fortress, will be hard to topple – especially if Finn Maginness can add Marcus Bontempelli to his growing list of tagging scalps.
Venue: UTAS Stadium, Launceston

Geez Louise. Get over yourself.

Ahhhh. Ignorance really is bliss! Freo failing again is one of the certainties in life. Enjoy. And tell me . . . who decided on 'purple' jumpers? Simply awful and doomed to ridicule.

Good win by the watchable Hawks! Another reminder to the 'Hawthorn are tanking' squawkers that they know very little about football.
Don Freo

The post was about Hawthorn, not 130pt, Freo.

I'm not too sure sorry dude, I live in Italy and have only been in Berlin once. I did a quick google search, Belushi's Berlin look likely, they seem to show games. Good luck with it and enjoy Berlin!

Reason I ask is that I'll be in Berlin for much of the finals series. Was hoping you might have a tip for where to catch some games being played on Tv?

Chr#st on a bike. You called the Hawks 'ploddy'. Compared to Freo, they are the new Harlem Globetrotters. You diss my team without reason, expect a response, Don.
Don Freo

Same with Freo. Hard to know why you've introduced Freo into the thread. It was about Hawthorn. I'd have thought you were above that Richmond-style 'What-about-Freo' stuff.

Reverse psychology. The opposite of what I think will happen, will happen :stoked:

I wouldn’t say that. Blues playing good footy

This is why I don’t tip. Nearly always get it wrong. This is why I think Carlton are no chance for the premiership :stoked:

Currently in Munich mate.

For any Tasmanian who is agitating for a AFL team playing at York Park instead of building a new stadium at Macquarie Point in Hobart, forget it. While I value Hawthorn's record there, the ground is too often wind-affected to be a weekly proposition for AFL level footy.

Check who we've beaten this year. Plenty of top 8 scalps.

Can you lay out that "trajectory?
Birdman
Roar Rookie
You need a new script, Pete. These Hawks are writing another chapter in our storied history.
Don Freo

Hawthorn? They had a worse year last year. What do you mean? Outlier?

Roar Rookie
Out of interest where were you watching from?

The Hawks' trajectory has them winning a 14th flag before the Dockers win their first, Don.
