That’s disgraceful. I can only speak for myself as an umpire (of cricket) but if I ever gunned a bloke lbw because of a grudge I’d hang my head in shame. I admit to one incident – I gave out Matt Canavan’s brother John at Toombul indoor sports on a run out when it was probably in and I turned him down for the 50/50 – liberal party stooges deserve no mercy.
That's outrageous. He didn't play on. That ump should be struck off and the club should consider legal action. I know legal action should be used rarely but this is one case the "ump's call" should be overturned.
Definitely cheating, I read elsewhere this was the first game this umpire had umpired involving Donald since they put in a complaint against him.
Not sure how he over ruled anyway if the other umpire had paid "all clear" I thought that was the end of the story.

Absolutely horrendous call from the umpire. This is part of the reason I believe no one wants to be an umpire wilful incompetence through the ranks

That's just flat out cheating from that ump. Gotta be some history between him and the clubs in question, either too close or some straight out bias.
