Have to agree on the Dougal Howard that was a mistake that kid has to much upside to trade out but the coach must of given the green light on that trade surely and they moved back 2 spots in the draft to 12 from 10 and pick up pick 18 for the move, well thats a win in my book, 2 kids between picks 10 and 20.
Paddy Ryder well what has he got left in the tank 1 year of good footy and maybe 2 years as a backup ruck.
Billy Frampton well he is young and looks ready to step up but clearly Port don’t see him making a real impact his stats aren’t great time will tell if this was a win or not.
I don’t think Port botched this draft they wanted to add to the kids from last year Duusma, Rozee and what else could they have done? Players don’t want to move to Adelaide and I think based on what they have drafted in the last 2 years that Ports salary cap would be up around 100% so if they want to try to get a couple of kids from SA who are playing in other sides around the country then they have to free up some cash for 2020 and 2021 trade periods.
I would give them a 6.5 out of 10 only because they gave up Howard or it would be a 7.5 based on the draft picks they got.

I wished the Crows had got Fantasia. If his frame survives he'll be good keep for the Bombers. From memory his dad was good reliable player.
