The Canterbury Bulldogs attempt to climb off the bottom of the ladder when they host the depleted Manly Sea Eagles. Join The Roar for live scores from 6pm (AEST).

The Bulldogs have now lost six on the bounce, and it’s beginning to look like caretaker coach Steve Georgallis is playing musical chairs with his battling squad.

Canterbury’s last four losses have all been competitive, but defensive lapses continue to prevent them from outscoring any opposition. Luckily for the Dogs this week, their opponent’s defence is just as sieve-like as their own.

Manly looked home against the Tigers at Lottoland, before Wests reeled in a 14-point deficit with just nine minutes left. The capitulation left Des Hasler’s struggling mob with a six-game losing streak to match Canterbury’s.

The loss of Kieran Foran might leave a hole too big for the Dogs to cover, and Manly are probably rightful favourites. However, only the brave or foolish would back them after their horrific last-start collapse.

The Dogs are doggedly defending the wooden spoon...

Even the most diehard Manly fan knew that was a try before it got sent up. No idea why we had to get thirty slow mo replays. The bunker is a blight

Twelve replays to be certain enough to overturn the ref's correct on field decision

Manly must think it's full time when they get to 32.

For God’s sake. It never ends, does it? What a bunch of layabouts. They should be forced to spend the off season in nursing homes wiping old men’s bottoms to get the message that they have a chance to avoid that future, or a life of skullduggery, by being cosseted first grade football players. Start from scratch I say. Bums.

BB, who is it this week. Same old faces. They'll be there next - you can bet money on it.

Don't you just love the bunker. They must be operating from a meth lab.
