The Wallabies will be out for a repeat of their stunning wins over the Springboks last year as the two sides lock horns at the Adelaide Oval. Join The Roar for live scores and commentary from 3:30pm AEST.
The injury-hit Wallabies head in with one win and one loss against Argentina, and with captain Michael Hooper still on the sidelines, are far from full strength.
Fixing their poor starts has been the order of the week for Dave Rennie and stand-in skipper Michael Hooper, but that will be easier said than done against the might of the Springboks.
South Africa will be out for revenge after being stunned twice last year in Australia, and haven’t beaten the Wallabies down under since 2017.

I know the feeling Winston, at least we can understand each other’s frustration..

Personally im not expecting too much from the boks with Nienaber in charge.

Yup Stuart, let's celebrate the second worst coach in world rugby out thinking the worst coach. (With Foster standing around desperate to enter the fray of bottom feeders)

Only fair of the ref, Campo, considering he was blowing for Auz in the first 70

Wallabies played like they really wanted it. Boks were dismal

Yup, wallabies were excellent today.

Yes, and make Nick White the skipper, Pogo. He epitomises the great Australian sporting ethic. Well him and those sandpaper cricketers

Was it not? What was it just in motion to do?

Shauny the Supposed no arms tackle wasn't a penalty and did you hear the conversation about Faf's Faf? Ref had no opinion due to World Rugby Guidelines..Get a Grip Man

Yep Arnold is producing nothing

Couldn't believe the grubby king hit by de Jerk on "honest" Nic White ! Deliberate foul play - worthy of 4 to 6 weeks I hope White is OK

Ref was poor and inconsistent with high tackles, no arm tackles and allowed continued cynical infringements in the first half without yellow cards. Yellow for that slap that tickled White’s mo was pathetic and ruins the integrity of the game.

Still, the amount of territory and possession the Boks had , it was a game they should have won and won reasonably handsomely. That they didn't does indicate there may be problems.

Shauny didn't mention the Illegal Dive at the line from the Saffa..Good night Sir
Shauny
Roar Rookie
Agreed, extremely poor performance with a 1 dimensional game plan and an inability to score points when it matters
Shauny
Roar Rookie
Yes it would be, ref was shocking and fans deserve better. How can a no arms tackle that could break a leg be a penalty only but Faf’s unintentional slap with no force gets a yellow. World rugby is killing this game
TC

Shauny so the left arm is Trailing to Wrap..Isn't tucked for a Shoulder Charge?? My eyes are Fine, maybe how it has been ruled is Correct?
Shauny
Roar Rookie
Wallabies should have received more yellows, 9 penalties in their own half in 20 min and only received 1 yellow… that’s cynical play and should have been dealt with. Getting a yellow with 20sec to go after repeated infringements is a token

You must have your eyes checked if you think he even attempted to wrap. Wallabies outplayed the Boks and deserved the win but call a spade a spade and that was a no arms tackled everyday of the year except today. As a rugby fan all I want is consistency in decision making and it seems to get worse every week. Look at the video on the foxsports home page. The still shot advertising the video even show the left arm trailing far behind and he is almost through the tackle.
