Saying some good things. I like how he's shutting down the "rebuilding" talk. To settle into a rebuilding mentality is to excuse poor performances. They should be training and preparing as a team that wants to compete, not rebuild.

What a good idea Rob. You will find that the problem is not belief : They think that they are great players with a dud coach. The problem is ability.
