An elimination final rematch from 2022 sees both Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs desperate for a win to keep their flickering finals hopes alive. Join The Roar for live scores from 8:10pm (AEST).
With both sides 2-3 and sitting outside the eight, a loss would leave either team 2-4 and in dire straits.
The Dockers slightly righted their ship with a win over Gold Coast, but needed until the last quarter to overrun the Suns having trailed for most of the game. With pressure forward Sam Switkowski out with a hamstring injury, the likes of Michael Frederick and Michael Walters will need to step up, as they did in September last year against the Dogs.
Their opponents, meanwhile, went down in a tough slog against Port Adelaide, ending a two-match winning streak. The Bulldogs have been put under the microscope this week, with their ball movement coming in for heavy criticism – but in gun ruckman Tim English, midfield superstar Marcus Bontempelli and others, they have plenty of firepower if they can ignite it.

Still to play the WA teams that in itself is worth 30% to your percentage

It’s not just the Adelaide game. From a sample of five games I’d expect to have seen at least some of our best. If that’s our best we won’t make finals. Probably lucky when we caught the cats, tigers don’t look to flash and giants and Roos we know will be in bottom four or five. And we still have a percentage well into the red.

Adelaide played a blinder don’t take it to heart.Playing at home you will perform much better.

Many potentials but there’s one team whose current form is not good enough :unhappy:

You guys have had a terrible run with injuries for a couple years now alot you can't help but do you wonder about your fitness guys with all the soft tissue injuries or just one of those things.? Ive learnt take nothing for granted in this game or it will bite you hard so 4 points first but yeah if were serious it should be 40+ without breaking a sweat so at least 10goals if we're fair dinkum. I'm just getting ready to go to the club now. :boxing:

Purely a statement of fact. When Hardwick has 24 players to choose from, cop that on the chin.

What’s going on with Yeo? Seems he’s been injured for three years

That's funny. I want some of that stuff you're on. Except if it's old age and its consequences.

That's no excuse; these games haven't happened yet. This is positivity and optimism. You seem to be unable to breathe without trolling.

3 of the present top 8 could potentially fall out. Long season ahead.

Bwahahahahaha. You really are delusional. What an awful team with the worst game plan/style in the comp. Yet you keep making excuses for them. Blind?

Here we go. Rotwhiner at it again. Richmond supporters cop it on the chin. Give it a rest.

On current form I have us finishing 12th. The top eight look almost right now. Swap out Cats for Blues, and the Dogs will be biting at the heels of those that falter along with the Power. Not sure if Saints and Bombers will be able to maintain their form for whole season. Voss will be definitely under the pump if we don’t make finals.
