An elimination final rematch from 2022 sees both Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs desperate for a win to keep their flickering finals hopes alive. Join The Roar for live scores from 8:10pm (AEST).

With both sides 2-3 and sitting outside the eight, a loss would leave either team 2-4 and in dire straits.

The Dockers slightly righted their ship with a win over Gold Coast, but needed until the last quarter to overrun the Suns having trailed for most of the game. With pressure forward Sam Switkowski out with a hamstring injury, the likes of Michael Frederick and Michael Walters will need to step up, as they did in September last year against the Dogs.

Their opponents, meanwhile, went down in a tough slog against Port Adelaide, ending a two-match winning streak. The Bulldogs have been put under the microscope this week, with their ball movement coming in for heavy criticism – but in gun ruckman Tim English, midfield superstar Marcus Bontempelli and others, they have plenty of firepower if they can ignite it.
