Happy new year to you too.

Your AFL club's new year's resolution

Your AFL club's new year's resolution

I don’t think either will impact on 2022.

You have pulled the S word. You are unstoppable.

It hurt when Duncan went out for a month on concussion. I bit my lip at the time.

Trade and draft review: Suns quietly consolidate

I don’t like players getting hurt either. If they do it on purpose, they should be punished. But is is just not the case here. Parfitt was having a test of strength with Rowell so as the tackle would prevent the handpass. Rowell won but as a result of his handballing in the tackle, he hit the ground awkwardly. Mind you so did Parfitt.

The WCE tackler was the players second tackle within two seconds. It was clumsy but not premediated. Free kick right result.

I think Thom was just trying to be controversial. Which has it’s merits in an article in the off season. In fact it has merit in the on season.

You’re are rare beast Dean. All those nailbiters at the Gee, you could almost be nonchalant with the result.

With the Hawks, just my thoughts. And who picked Melbourne, West Coast and Richmond’s positions in January 2021. Maybe Collingwood’s?

I wish the Hawks all the best. Much prefer a mortal enemy to despise rather than having to feel sorry for them. 😛
Bucks upset the players. Some said it was arrogance. But at the very least he dissed the players that weren’t “his”. There was mass of exodus and a snake on the AFL snakes and ladder board.

As George pointed out below, he shopped the whole older contingent.

I am in the majority George. Bottom four for sure. Coach will be the next Bucks. Already alienated the older players and the injury recovered imports. Hasn’t got the nouse to win the four or five games that Clarko used to steal each year by strategy alone. Gold Coast should be above Hawks bracket of teams.

Apart from with one football supporter, Parfitt does not have a reputation for being dirty and hurting people. 100 games, four year, two fines. Watch out Rodney Grinter, he is gunning for your reputation. And Grimes warping the press, MRP person and the umpires with his diving, hahaha.
Look at Parfitt tackling Rowell. It is obvious he had no intent to hurt.

Year 89. I would like to say he didn’t do it on purpose. What was SOS thinking. Running blind backwards in 91?

Thom, Parfitt has absolutely no history of hurting players before or after this incident. He was just trying to stop the handball. The last time Geelong setout to hurt some body was the 1998 grand final. and how did that go?

The fact that he did handball pretty much precludes a sling. To have a sling you need to have your arms held to you body and can’t protect yourself. It wasn’t good for Rowell but it wasn’t intentional or even illegal.

Supposedly hericium erinaceus will do the trick.

Who your club should sign in the supplemental selection period

George, the US leagues are like us, the disaster has just begun.

A third of NSW testing is positive, if you can get tested. Victoria currently has a 5 day wait for test results.

Hospitals are full capacity. People can’t get ambulances. There is a two week delay for deaths. They will go though the roof.

And what have we got. A deep debate about RATs that you can’t even get. Thanks Nero.

2022 AFLW: Round 1 preview

NSW and the Federal buffoon have just pushed us into herd immunity mode. Changing definitions or whatever to justify their stuff ups.

2022 AFLW: Round 1 preview

The whole comp and also the mens are looking doomed. A federal election looming will cost us dearly. And that’s not just the footy.

2022 AFLW: Round 1 preview

I did as just trying to get a read on 2022. Good luck anyway.

Trade and draft review: Dockers load up

Not sure I can handle Danger as a full time forward. Too many points that should have been certain goals.

He wins it with strength. His big loss will be when he loses his burst with the ball. Hasn’t happened yet but it will. Best he can hope for is a Gary Hocking style strength player or a high marking small forward.

It might disappoint you but I am struggling to fit them into the void below top four.

Must be watching a different player. Like Fyffe, like Petracca, maybe even the package. Play with strength but fairly. Definitely not a Cotchin.

Not sure about the midfield always there. Petracca and Oliver where ho hum until last year and then stepped up again for the last game and the finals.

I am not sure if the ruck issue is solved. I would have preferred big boy for a year. I will be happy to be wrong.

If the chicken Little’s are correct, the sky will fall in from injury buildup. It might be hard to be worse than 2021.

He would have been a good straight man for Max to play off. I was just a kid watching repeats but I didn’t realise that Hymie was actually a Jewish slur. I guess Mel thought his ancestry will get him off the hook.

MUST WATCH: Dustin Fletcher's son just lit up college football with monster punt... and strut!

There was only one top four performer last year. At least the Cats had an injury excuse.

There is a huge void beyond fourth and there are literally nothing pushing for the top eight. Cats have a history of being up there. This is not arrogance, this is life. I know what outcome I would put my sheckles on.

Trade and draft review: Cats churn bottom of list

Agree on first two. I would have delisted both. I assume they are just there to add depth for a year. Rohan was injured. It seems a long term issue, so maybe that is why Stengle was brought on board. Duncan, a bad concussion and a soft tissue injury in 2021. I predict he will have a good 2022. But he may succumb to injury and be sent to the knackery. One similar is young Touey.

All these issues were there in 2021. Cats one kick from top. First two, dwelling in the Mcgoos, next three no injuries, that doesn’t look like a Richmond pike and double flop manoeuvre.
