Round 11 concludes with the Port Adelaide Power looking to return to their best against the in-form Fremantle Dockers. Follow along from the Adelaide Oval with live scores on The Roar from 5:20pm (AEST).
This match was originally scheduled to begin at 4:40pm (AEST), but was pushed back 40 minutes amid the fixture reshuffle caused by the Victorian COVID-19 outbreak.
The Power have struggled in their last fortnight, going down to the Western Bulldogs at home before just scraping past lowly Collingwood by a point in Round 11. In an ugly match, the Power broke clear midway through the final term with a match-winning burst, but Ken Hinkley will no doubt be looking for his side to return to their premiership-contending best.
The Dockers had their own thrilling win, though a two-point triumph over Sydney was far more impressive than Port’s win. Captain Nat Fyfe was the hero with the winning goal late, but it was forward-ruck Rory Lobb who was the true match-winner, with four goals and marks aplenty.
A win could see the Dockers finish the round inside the top eight, while the Power could, with a big enough triumph, squeeze into the top four.

You're funny trying to make footy comments. Listen to what JL says about him. Look back at his career. He is a star. Your memory is shot. As for Henry, he is a wingman. He is great in space and a magnificent kick with either foot. The pocket is where you need the muscle. That's where big boofy back pockets just sit on you. Bobby Hill is a great example of a little guy with speed running through the midfield.

Stephen Hill back......your joking Don he has past 30yo hasn’t played for nearly two years he’s finished. Surely they can get rid of him at the mid season draft ? Henry on a wing another joke he needs some muscle before he goes up the ground. He is going all right where he is.

That's the point; they umpire personalities, not football.

You are watching a different Tabs. His running/linking up high is pure work rate. He brings to ball down to the smalls regularly.

Western will get a go. Unless Valente shows something at Peel, he's heading for a delisting. He is not coming on. Giro is ahead of him. We need Stephen Hill back. I'd like Henry to take Acres spot on a wing. While Frederick is out, we need Conca back (who dominated at Peel like Valente should) and Aish back on a wing.

Good stuff heading into the break

They are not the players to point the finger at. We know they will not be in the side when 3 or 4 of the injured crew come back.

Hasnt cost Selwood or Shuey has it? Every other supporter knows its coming. He does tend to exaggerate it though. I think some of those current Doggies need to stop it before the finals. They dont tend to pay them in those games

But not straight after footy.

Keep the hope 13th. Freo have improved but the results are there (yet) Yes the bloke before was dreadful. Freo now look like scoring when they go forward of centre. I hope for football that said unnamed previous doesn't get a job again ( except perhaps GWS I would enjoy that )

There is though! Give Valente a crack, Western? Why not blood the young boys rather than sticking with guys who clearly aren't up to it like Acres.
13th Man
Roar Rookie
It's not just missing shots though, field kicking is appalling. And the names you mention above are some of our better field kicks. Acres couldn't hit a barn door, shouldn't be anywhere near the side, ditto Crowden.

Yep and I was stoked with that win, still it’s one win and many thrashings, in fairness none before this year were under J-Lo so he is one from two now. The bloke before him won there once throughout his entire tenure…

For all of Taberners faults, of which there is many, he still bobs up with a couple of goals a game. Can we say the same about Lobb? Treacy too small a sample size, but needs to start hitting the scoreboard.

Definitely beaten in the first, the second and third you won,. Then the fourth Port won. You kicked yourself out of it in the first essentially
Don Freo

Freo's tackling is far more of an issue. We have to wait for Serong, Henry, Brayshaw, Duman and Walters to grow some muscles. 4 of them will get stronger.

No kidding?
