Kennett more likely.

Yep. I understand the club is quietly lobbying the local municipal authorities to change the name. Kennedy or Clarkson works for me.

Agree to disagree because l don't see it that way. As a whole getting it sorted before it does blow up. Everyone will be on the same page heading into 2022.

Any time the players revolt at the club is a disaster.

I am happy that they are moving on this now rather than letting it fester into next year. Dealing with it now is a far better option imo.

Disagreeing with you suggesting it’s worse than the Ned Guy trading debacle. The two arent even comparable. One issue has been going on for 3 weeks and another 10 months. Pies still reeling from the trades last year and the on field performance is a major reflection of whats happened off field. Pies were suppose to challenge, Hawks were always challenging for the wooden spoon. You and l have different ideas of what a disaster is Peter.

Bird. It just doesn’t sound right. Dingley of all places. It’s hardly a destination suburb for young fellas to want to go to.

Come on Dean the mixed messages from this three week succession plan were an unmitigated disaster. Not the kind of foul air you usually see the Hawks breathe

It's not all about money Cat. You can have millions and still not be happy. I think this was a weight off his shoulders and looks ok with the decision that has been made.

Poorly handled but probably best for all parties although Kennett should step down for this transition debacle including the payout hit to the bottom line. Hopefully Mitchell can shoot the lights out and get the Hawks back into contention while Clarko finds an opportunity that fulfills him. Either way there'll be a statue of Clarkson at Dingley one day.

Why wouldn’t he be? Paid in full to do nothing and free to collect another salary if he chooses to on top of it. I’d sure be smiling.

Haha Peter, not even close. Plus the sacking of Buckley, McGuire etc. Doesn't scream mess to me, they looked like they were on the same page in making the right decision going forward. The most relaxed l have seen Clarko in years.

So unlike Hawthorn this mess. Making the Pies salary cap Ned Guy debacle look professional.
