A side on view would be nice. You can tell he took a dive, but that doesn't mean the free wasn't there and I can't tell from the video.

Not Papley's fault, the AFL continue to let this happen week after week, of course he is going to take advantage of it. There's a penalty already in place for this, just use it already, fine them.
